Cancellation Policy

NON SPACES hosts on its website a number of spaces available to rent. The following provides important information concerning any request to cancel rental bookings from space tenants or request a refund of fees from NON SPACES. The present cancellation and/or refund policy concerns only the relationship between NON SPACES and the tenant. NON SPACES is not and cannot be involved in the relationship between the tenant and the space owner and does not provide any guarantee or representation with regard to the cancellation and/or refund policy of the space owner, for which the latter is solely responsible.

Request for cancellation and/or Refund
Any request by a tenant must be sent in writing via email to NON SPACES at the following address: info@nonspaces.com.

A request for cancellation (and refund) will be accepted up to the deadline time of 12:00 Noon, seven business days in advance of the proposed initiation of the lease. If the cancellation request is received after the deadline, NON SPACES cannot issue a refund.

Refund Fee
All approved refunds are subject to an administration fee to offset system and financial charges, which amounts to10 per cent of the total transaction value. 

General Terms
If NON SPACES cancels a booking, the tenant will receive a full refund of fees paid (no administration charge) no later than two business days following the scheduled initiation of the lease.

All refunds will only be made using the original form of payment. For example, if the tenantused a Visa card, any refund will be credited back to that same Visa card.
